Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Lead on large, complex commercial projects with multiple field teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion.
• Manage project safety with a strong commitment to an injury-free site.
• Develop and maintain project logistics plans, CPM schedules, and look-ahead schedules.
• Direct field personnel, assistant superintendents, trade partners, and self-perform work.
• Coordinate inspections, QA/QC programs, commissioning activities, and closeout.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and field changes.
• Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and schedule performance.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings, owner meetings, safety meetings, and pre-installation meetings.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and future field leaders
