Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive GC supervision, hands-on knowledge of Procore or Prolog, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 within year), and strong written and verbal communication to drive safe, on-time project delivery across Retail, Hospitality, Offices, and

• Ground Up / Base Building project experience.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Superintendent to join our client in the Wilmington, Delaware area – the successful candidate will be a senior-level Construction Superintendent with experience within an established commercial General Contractor - you will also have experience in ground-up / base building projects.

Requirements:
