Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Superintendent to lead the delivery of ground-up commercial construction projects in the Virginia Beach area. This role is ideal for a proven field leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage complex projects from start to finish.

You will oversee daily field operations, manage subcontractors, sustain schedules, uphold safety and quality standards, and communicate with project managers, owners, architects, and trades to drive milestone

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial general contracting.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, manpower, and field coordination
