Job summary

Green Key Resources in Central Ohio partners with a well-established, employee-owned General Contractor to hire an experienced Multifamily Superintendent for ground-up apartments, mixed-use, senior living, and related residential projects.

You will lead all day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, drive the project schedule, uphold safety and quality standards, and mentor Foremen and field staff while collaborating with the Project Manager to deliver projects on schedule and

Qualifications

• Experience leading ground-up apartment, mixed-use, senior living, or similar residential projects.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage projects safely, efficiently, and to a high quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel
• Drive the project schedule, phasing, logistics, and short-term planning
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality-control standards
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and code compliance
• Lead Foreman meetings and participate in Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues
• Maintain daily reports, as-builts, and project documentation
• Partner closely with the Project Manager on cost, schedule, and project execution
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers

I’m partnering with a well-established, employee-owned General Contractor to add an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to their Central Ohio team.

This is an opportunity to join a full-service construction firm with 80+ years of industry experience, a strong reputation for repeat business, and an established portfolio across market-rate apartments, mixed-use developments, affordable housing, and senior living.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel
• Drive the project schedule, phasing, logistics, and short-term planning
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality-control standards
