Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of high-profile residential construction projects throughout the Columbus market. Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Experience supporting field operations on ground-up projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site coordination.
• OSHA certification or strong understanding of jobsite safety practices.
• Multifamily construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor construction schedules and help ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, safety, and production standards.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Help manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership groups.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality.
• Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance across all trades.

Profile

The Successful Candidate

• Experience supporting field operations on ground‑up construction projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to develop into a Superintendent role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Passion for teamwork, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
• Multifamily construction experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA certification or a strong understanding of jobsite safety practices.
