Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field teams on major commercial projects in the Raleigh area. The role involves overseeing site logistics, coordinating trade partners, and maintaining construction schedules from plan to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of superintendent experience on large projects, OSHA certification, and strong BIM, scheduling, and communication skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience on large projects.
• OSHA certification and ability to read technical specs and drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office, BlueBeam and scheduling software.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Job Details

• Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff on project.
• Develop and implement site logistics plan.
• Manage and coordinate all trade partners including scheduling and scope of work.
• Develop construction schedules, maintain regular updates, and provide solutions for new activities and impacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience, including $20M+ projects.
• OSHA certification and the ability to read and interpret technical specs and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
