Job summary

Jobot, a leading Philadelphia-area general contractor, seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations for large commercial projects. This role offers a strong base salary, generous PTO, full benefits, a bonus program, and a car stipend as part of a growing office with a healthy backlog.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Superintendent or AS Superintendent with a GC, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a commercial GC
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred
• OSHA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily field operations and onsite construction activities
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain short-term schedules and drive the overall project schedule
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning activities
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, owners, architects, and consultants
• Monitor quality control and ensure work conforms to drawings and specifications
• Enforce site safety requirements and maintain a strong safety culture
• Identify potential schedule, constructability, and coordination issues before they impact the project
• Manage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and project closeout
• Maintain daily reports and accurate documentation of field activities
