Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for Belmont Hills, PA, onsite with a leading Philadelphia-area commercial GC. The role manages field operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination on large-scale projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role with a commercial GC
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred

• Experience with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
• Ability to work on projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia area
