Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD in Helena, OH is seeking a hands-on Superintendent – Commercial Roofing to lead multiple ongoing projects. You will be the senior field leader on site, coordinating foremen, crews and subcontractors while ensuring safety and schedule.

The role covers commercial roofing systems including single-ply and built-up, with responsibilities to plan labor, materials, and equipment, review drawings, and maintain budget and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or senior field leader.
• Strong knowledge of single-ply and built-up roofing systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own daily field operations across multiple commercial roofing projects.
• Lead and support foremen, crews and subcontractors on every site.
• Plan labor, materials and equipment, reviewing scope, drawings and specifications before and during work.
• Drive safety standards and OSHA compliance across all job sites.
• Control schedules, costs and quality to keep every project on track.
• Represent the business on site with project managers, customers and vendors.
• Close jobs out properly, from punch lists through to warranty follow up.
