Job summary

Superba Food + Bread in Calabasas is seeking a dedicated Busser to support our high-volume service team. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and committed to delivering a great guest experience.

We offer competitive wages (~$25 - $31 per hour including tips) and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members. Flexible schedules, a free meal with every shift, and opportunities for growth are provided within our expanding restaurant group.

Qualifications

• At least one full year of busser experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation.
• Organized, detail oriented, and great at anticipating guest needs.
• Address problems quickly and turn tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Flexible schedule and open availability.

Responsibilities

• Clear and attentive bussing of tables and assisting servers.
• Maintain spotless dining areas and restock service stations.
• Support guests with timely and courteous service to ensure a great experience.
