Job summary

Superba Food + Bread in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Host to welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and dedicated to delivering a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Competitive hourly pay, benefits for full-time roles, and a friendly, inclusive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of host experience in a high-volume full-service environment.
• Commitment to creating an amazing guest experience.
• Follow steps of service, food safety and sanitation; maintain phone etiquette.
• Organized, detail oriented and a great communicator.
• Able to resolve problems quickly and turn situations into positive outcomes.
• Familiarity with Toast, OpenTable and Hot Schedules a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
• Maintain accurate waitlists and reservation flow.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service.

• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
