Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Superintendent in Raleigh for Education/Healthcare projects. Lead field operations, coordinate teams, and manage safety, quality, and schedules from preconstruction through closeout.

You will drive performance within budget objectives, use Procore/ProjectSite, and collaborate with PMs and leadership. A strong track record on institutional construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $50M–$100M range.
• Healthcare, K-12, higher education or institutional projects preferred.
• Ability to independently lead smaller projects up to ~$10M.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control, and field operations.
• Experience using construction management platforms such as Procore or ProjectSite.

The job description for the Superintendent - Raleigh - Education/Healthcare:

• Lead all field operations for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Oversee projects ranging from smaller standalone assignments to larger institutional and healthcare developments.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Superintendent - Raleigh - Education/Healthcare

• 5+ years of experience serving as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience managing projects in the $50M-$100M range preferred.
• Background in healthcare, K-12, higher education, or other institutional construction projects strongly desired.
• Ability to independently lead smaller projects valued up to approximately $10M.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control, and field operations.
• Experience utilizing construction management technology platforms such as Procore, ProjectSite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Stable track record with reputable commercial general contractors.
• Preference for candidates with experience working for large, nationally recognized ENR-ranked contractors.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and best practices.
