Job summary

Dunkin in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring an AM Crew Member for part-time shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM to support a 5:00 AM opening. You will greet guests, prepare and package food and beverages, and help keep the store clean and running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment; prior QSR experience is helpful but not required. The role offers paid training and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
