Job summary

Omaha Marriott invites a friendly Concierge Lounge Attendant to create memorable guest experiences in the breakfast area. You will keep the lounge welcoming, stocked, and clean while assisting guests with local recommendations and hotel information.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining buffet presentations, and supporting opening/closing duties. This role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and a proactive service mindset in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences through friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Welcome guests and maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere within the Concierge Lounge.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and events throughout Omaha.
• Set up, stock, monitor, and replenish all complimentary food and beverage offerings during breakfast service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lounge areas, including tables, seating, buffet stations, and service areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the lounge is prepared for daily operation.
