Job summary

South Seas is seeking an experienced AM Breakfast Restaurant Supervisor to support daily breakfast and lunch operations at Beach House, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property on Captiva Island, Florida.

This full‑time, non‑exempt role requires breakfast expertise, strong guest service, and the ability to lead a front‑of‑house team from opening through lunch, with 6:00 AM start times and weekend availability. You will collaborate with culinary and restaurant leadership to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant, resort, hotel, or hospitality.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be dependable and available for 6:00 AM openings, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily breakfast and lunch restaurant operations at Beach House.
• Supervise front‑of‑house team and provide direction.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Maintain guest service standards and hospitality.
