Responsibilities

• Cooking Techniques: Utilize frying, poaching, grilling, baking, and steaming to ensure consistent quality.
• Kitchen Organization: Set up food stations, prepare ingredients in advance (mise en place), and maintain smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Follow sanitation standards, monitor food temperatures, handle ingredients safely, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
