Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook, breakfast cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques including egg cookery, griddle work, and short‑order cooking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute breakfast menu items including eggs, omelets, pancakes, and other morning staples to order
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety standards
• Set up and stock breakfast line stations before service begins
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation to ensure consistency on every plate
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, timely service
• Manage inventory of breakfast ingredients and communicate supply needs to kitchen management
• Follow all recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards set by the culinary team
