Concept Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to start guests' day with warm breakfast service, maintaining freshness and safety standards. You will set up the buffet, greet guests, and address dietary needs during breakfast hours.

Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth morning operation, keeping areas clean, and upholding health regulations. Prior food service experience is a plus; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Must be available for early morning shifts and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet/service area, ensuring items are fresh and well-stocked.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with dietary/allergen needs during breakfast hours.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, address issues to maintain hospitality standards.
• Clean and sanitize breakfast areas, tables, utensils, and equipment per health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth morning operations.
