Job summary

HHM Hospitality seeks a Breakfast Attendant to greet hotel guests and prepare the breakfast area. You will set up the bar, serve guests, and keep the space clean and safe in line with brand and EarthView sustainability standards.

Role emphasizes guest satisfaction, proper food handling, and teamwork. Prior food and beverage experience is preferred; a high school diploma is desired along with sanitation certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification a plus and required within 90 days of employment.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from pantry to serving counters.
• Set up attractive food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean up spills and remove trash; maintain supplies of clean items.
• Locate and provide items requested by guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program requirements.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
