• Prepare, handle, and present food and beverage items following recipes and portions.
• Maintain consistent quality and appearance of all offerings.
• Greet guests professionally and maintain a welcoming presence.
• Monitor the breakfast area to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Provide high-quality customer service aligned with brand standards.
• Observe and document guest feedback and report to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast hall, stations, seating and beverage areas.
• Address spills or hazards promptly to ensure safety.
• Clean and sanitize breakfast area after service.
