Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve breakfast to hotel guests with a friendly, guest-focused approach. You will carry items from the pantry to serving counters, set up displays, and keep the breakfast area clean and safe according to Hyatt standards.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, assisting guests, and maintaining cleanliness; a food sanitation certification is a plus and required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Food sanitation certification a plus and required within 90 days of employment.
• Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Carry food, fruits, trays, or silverware from pantry to serving counters.
• Set up food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.
• Clean up spilled food, drink and remove trash.
• Maintain adequate supplies of plates, cutlery, and trays.
• Fill beverage and pancake dispensers.
• Stock condiments and refill containers.
• Assist guests by locating requested items.
• Clean counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in pantry or breakfast area and mop floors.
• Aim to increase guest satisfaction scores and uphold safety practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
