Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and dining area, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively. You will provide excellent guest service, replenish items, and maintain cleanliness during breakfast service.

The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. Applications accepted through October 11, 2026. This is a seasonal full-time position with benefits and a proactive, guest-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast each morning; shift is 5:30am to 2:30pm.
• Arrange food service equipment & move furniture daily for breakfast service lay out.
• Serve guests hot & cold breakfast items.
• Continually restocks dry food items and refills all drink containers during breakfast hours.
• Assist in brewing a variety of coffees for guests.
• Cordially assist guests with all breakfast questions.
• Wipe down and bus tables during breakfast hours.
• Set up, maintain, work and breakdown breakfast stations.
• Put all dry food items away after breakfast ends.
• Clean surfaces and floors to prepare the Lounge sitting area for Apres and dinner service.
• Rotate into stewarding duties as scheduled, including washing dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Take out trash and ensure trash cans are clean and sanitized regularly.
