Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Aspen is seeking a Breakfast Cook to assist with station assignments, maintain mise en place, and prepare hot and cold items for breakfast according to Food & Beverage specifications. This role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and supports a fast-paced morning service.

The hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00, with final wages based on budget and experience. Applications will be accepted until September 20, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of food preparation experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats.
• Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications.
• May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations.
• Help organize kitchen items including, dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries.
• Set up, work, and breakdown station.
• Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift.
• Submit production needs for following day by shift end.
• Other duties as assigned.
