Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Logistics Assistant in Sunnyvale, CA for a 6-month assignment. You will safeguard our high-value hardware inventory, manage the secure cage, and support engineers on the shop floor.

You will coordinate with our San Francisco warehouse, enforce check-out protocols, and assist with basic physical tasks while traveling occasionally to SF as needed. The role requires a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or automotive parts management.
• Willingness to travel between Sunnyvale and SF; valid driver's license.
• Proficient with inventory databases and barcode scanners.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic hand tools.
• Experience with ERP or FleetIO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Garage Cage Gatekeeper: manage secure storage and scan into FleetIO.
• Engineering support & staging: check components in/out with traceability.
• Hands-on assistance: route cables, swap SSDs, assist teardowns.
• Cross-site coordination: coordinate with SF hub for transfers and RMAs.
