Job summary

Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Assistant/Hardware Logistics & Inventory Coordinator in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on managing the secure inventory cage, enforcing checkout protocols, and supporting the garage floor for engineers, with occasional travel to San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or R&D garage environment.
• Highly organized and able to enforce inventory rules with engineers.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Garage Cage Gatekeeper: manage the Sunnyvale secure storage, scan items into FleetIO.
• Engineering Support & Staging: check components in/out, support RCA sensor benches.
• Hands-on Assistance: route cables, swap data SSDs, assist with teardowns.
• Cross-Site Coordination: coordinate with San Francisco hub for transfers and RMAs.
