Job summary

Etched in San Jose is seeking an Inventory Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, inventory control, and internal fulfillment for fast-paced hardware development. You will move parts between labs and facilities, log items in NetSuite, and support engineers with timely material delivery.

This swing‑shift contract role requires hands‑on work, reliable transport between sites, and strict safety adherence. Training for forklift operation will be provided, with on‑site meals and stipends offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in warehouse operations or inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems like NetSuite or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
• Good communication and coordination with Engineering/Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming components and supplies; verify against POs and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and real‑time material status in ERP and tracking tools.
• Operate basic material handling equipment; ensure safe, organized lab and warehouse spaces.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering on discrepancies; route materials accordingly.
