Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking an Associate Inventory Coordinator in Pleasanton, CA. The role ensures all equipment, supplies, and materials are received, stocked, and properly tracked in the SAP system, supporting inventory transfers, backorders, and ETAs.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, operating a forklift, picking/packing/shipping orders, and maintaining accurate stock records. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record expected.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Experience with SAP inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloads/loads trucks of palletized and non-palletized product.
• Operates forklift to store merchandise and materials.
• Stocks shelves and supply rooms.
• Picks, packs, and ships daily supply and part orders.
• Fills out bills of lading and paperwork for shipments.
• Tracks incoming and outgoing stock and assists in cycle counts.
• Maintains warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with deliveries and installations as needed.
