Abode Luxury Rentals seeks a highly organized Operations Manager to lead our Sun Valley office. You will oversee guest relations, property management, and local community engagement while coordinating licensing, compliance, and vendor partnerships.

The role requires a proactive leader capable of building lasting relationships with owners, agents, city officials, and vendors, with flexibility to work weekends as needed in a fast-paced luxury rental environment.

Qualifications

• GED Certificate required.
• Proven experience in operations management, guest relations, and property management.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Office Management: Open and manage the Sun Valley office, ensuring administrative and operational functions run efficiently.
• Licensing and Compliance: Work with city officials to obtain licenses and ensure local regulatory compliance.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with real estate agents, vendors, city officials, and other stakeholders.
• Property Management: Oversee routine maintenance scheduling and inspections.
• Guest Relations: Maintain exceptional guest services and address guest needs promptly.
• Inventory Management: Track property and office inventory accurately.
• Inspections: Conduct property inspections and onboarding processes.
• Vendor Coordination: Develop partnerships with local vendors.
