Responsibilities

• Open and manage the Sun Valley office, ensuring efficient operations.
• Coordinate licensing with city officials and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop relationships with real estate agents, vendors, city officials, and stakeholders.
• Oversee property management tasks including maintenance scheduling.
• Maintain excellent guest relations and address guest needs promptly.
• Keep accurate records of property and office inventory.
• Schedule and conduct property inspections (weekly, departure, arrival).
• Build and maintain a concierge list through local vendors.
