Job summary

El Programa Hispano Católico is seeking a SUN Site Manager to lead the Schools Uniting Neighborhoods program at Clear Creek Middle School in Gresham, OR. The role focuses on coordinating extended-day and summer programming with school staff and community partners to support students’ academic and social needs.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish/English, has supervisory experience, and can manage budgets, data reporting, and family engagement while advancing equity and community wellness.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required; bicultural responsive.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred in public service, social work, education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and/or families.
• Experience with Latinx/Communities of Color and community organizing.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SUN Community School Extended-Day and Summer programming.
• Develop culturally diverse core services addressing academics, enrichment, recreation, and social needs.
• Lead family leadership meetings and community engagement outreach.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training of temporary activity leaders.
• Ensure data entry and reporting meet state, funder, and agency standards.
