Job summary

El Programa Hispano Católico seeks a Program Manager for SUN Community Schools to provide leadership across six school sites in Gresham-Barlow and David Douglas districts. You will supervise SUN staff, build school-community partnerships, and ensure culturally responsive academic support and enrichment for students and families.

Responsibilities include contract management, program quality oversight, staff development, data reporting, and alignment with funders.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in Spanish and English.
Bachelor’s degree in child development, Education, Social Work or related field; 1 year experience or 5-8 years equivalent.
SUN Site Manager or Extended Day Coordinator experience required.
1 year of supervisor experience required.
Experience in facilitating trainings and community presentations.
Budget management experience preferred.
Experience working with Latinx/Communities of Color.
Demonstrated judgment and discretion with confidential matters.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Zoom, Google Meats, Teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Oversee SUN Community School programming ensuring quality and alignment with funders and district requirements.
Supervise SUN Site Managers and support staff, fostering development and performance.
Manage contracts and site operations to meet budget and quality targets.
Develop and coordinate program evaluation and data reporting.
Maintain partnerships with school leaders, families, and community partners.
Attend funder, school, and community meetings; communicate policies and procedures.
