Job summary

El Programa Hispano Católico seeks a SUN Site Manager for Clear Creek Middle School. You will oversee day-to-day SUN operations, coordinate with school staff, families, and community partners to enhance academic and enrichment programs.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, supervision of staff, and data/reporting responsibilities. Occasional after-school evenings and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and bicultural responsive.
• Associate's degree in public service, social work, education, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and/or families.
• Experience and knowledge working with Latinx/Communities of Color.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee SUN Community School Extended-Day and Summer programming.
• Develop culturally diverse services addressing academics, enrichment, recreation, and social needs.
• Lead Family Leadership Parent meetings and community engagement outreach.
• Oversee school site budget and data entry/records in compliance with standards.
