Job summary

CrescentCare in New Orleans seeks a SUMR Program Supervisor to lead the Substance Use Mobile Resource program. You will coordinate outreach, testing, and linkage-to-care initiatives while ensuring grant compliance and staff performance.

The role requires managing budgets, collaborating with the Prevention Department and external partners, and advancing harm reduction efforts across the region.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Management or similar preferred.
  • 5+ years' public health, nonprofit or government program management experience.
  • Experience with grant management and remote/community-based programming is a plus.
  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to coordinate with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the SUMR program implementation and day-to-day operations.
  • Plan long-term goals, objectives, and grant budgets with department leadership.
  • Coordinate testing, outreach, and linkage-to-care activities with partners.
  • Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers; manage recruitment and training.
  • Prepare and review grant invoices, budgets, and reporting to funders.
  • Capture data, maintain logs, and ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
