Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. is seeking a Training Content Developer Intern for Summer 2027.

Under supervision, you will develop training materials, including work instructions and videos, and create course content for in-class learning and hands-on assessments. You will adapt content to employee needs, track progress in the LMS, and collaborate with the Training Program Manager and coordinators to integrate training across production and departments.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in training content development preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or training setting is desired.
• Strong technical skills with attention to detail and ability to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials such as work instructions and training videos.
• Create course content for in-classroom learning and hands-on assessments.
• Track training progress through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Update job procedures with digital media and supplemental materials.
• Collaborate with Training Program Manager and coordinators to align with production training.
