Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in training content development preferred.
• Manufacturing or training setting experience desired.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Knowledge of high-speed packaging and production labeling equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong cross-departmental knowledge in manufacturing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to adapt to a changing environment and learn new programs.
• Flexible across a three-shift operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials such as work instructions and videos.
• Create course content for in-classroom learning and assessments.

• Track training progress through Learning Management Systems.
• Update current procedures with digital media and training materials.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate training with production programs.
