Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. is seeking a Training Content Developer Intern for Summer 2027 to help design and update training materials for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will create work instructions, training videos, and classroom content under the supervision of the Training Program Manager, ensuring content aligns with production needs and LMS tracking. Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in training content development preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or training setting is desired.
• Must have excellent technical skills.
• Understanding of high-speed packaging and production labeling equipment and related job functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with image and video editing software, including Adobe products.
• Knowledge of technical writing for documentation of processes and standard work.
• In-depth knowledge of cross-departmental job functions in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training support to various departments to develop standards and training materials.
• Work with Training Program Manager, Training Content Developers, and Training Coordinators to ensure training components integrate with production training programs.
• Assist in reviewing new projects/equipment to ensure training needs are defined and communicated to vendors or project owners.
• Update current job procedures with digital media and supplemental training materials.
• Develop new procedures to unify job practices across shifts.
• Develop and write documents and media for training development plans.
• Create and establish training protocols with Production, Sanitation, HR, and Quality to ensure best product for customers.
• Establish procedures and schedule follow-up sessions to determine training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with plant operations to address training needs of new and existing employees.

Training Content Developer Intern - Summer 2027

Under the supervision of the Training Program Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the development of training materials such as work instructions, training videos, creating course content for in-classroom learning, hands‑on training assessments, adapting created content to match Masters Gallery Foods employee needs, and tracking training progress through Learning Management Systems.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous training support to various departments to develop standards and training materials.
• Work closely with the Training Program Manager, Training Content Developers, and Training Coordinators to ensure all training components are integrated with production training programs and other departmental training needs.
• Assist in the review of new projects/equipment to ensure that company training needs are effectively defined and communicated to the equipment vendor or project owner before installations and implementations.
• Update all current job procedures with appropriate digital media and supplemental training materials.
• Develop new procedures that will help unify job practices between all shifts.
• Develop and write documents and media for use in training development plans.
• Develop training protocol with mutual acceptance of the Production, Sanitation, Human Resources, and Quality Departments to ensure the best possible product for our customers.
• Create and establish procedures and schedule follow‑up sessions to determine training effectiveness.
• Work with all plant operations to address the training needs of new and existing employees.

What You Can Offer:

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in training content development preferred.
