As a General Laborer, you will collaborate with innovative colleagues worldwide and make a tangible impact by:

• Completing daily safety and environmental requirements, proactively addressing potential concerns.
• Performing housekeeping inspections and tasks daily.
• Following standard operating procedures to produce quality products efficiently.
• Shoveling and sweeping around conveyors, elevators, equipment, and roofs.
• Handling heavy spouts, bags, hoses, and screens in assigned areas.
• Working in environments that may be hot, cold, humid, dry, dusty, or dirty.

Qualifications

To succeed, candidates must have:

• A High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start).
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, short notice shifts, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

Pay & Benefits

The starting pay for this role is $26.84 per hour plus shift differential. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
