Job Summary

As a Multi-Skilled Construction Laborer, you will perform various tasks on construction sites, including equipment operation with a focus on loader, offroad truck, and roller operation, along with general construction support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laborer Duties: Engage in physically demanding tasks such as digging, shoveling, lifting, and carrying materials; assist with excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling; perform manual labor to support construction operations.
  • Loader Operator Responsibilities: Operate and maintain loaders for material handling and moving heavy equipment; load materials onto trucks; conduct routine maintenance and report issues.
  • Offroad Truck Driver Responsibilities: Safely operate trucks to transport materials and personnel; adhere to safe driving practices and maintain records.
  • Roller Operator Responsibilities: Operate rollers for surface compaction; follow project specifications; perform routine maintenance.
  • Construction Support: Collaborate with team members; assist in maintaining quality standards and participate in various tasks as directed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in roles such as Laborer, Loader Operator, Offroad Truck Driver, or Roller Operator in heavy civil construction.
  • Knowledge of construction techniques and teamwork skills.
