Job summary

Monticello Public Schools is seeking a Summer Intern - Technology Support to assist in desktop and device troubleshooting across district systems. This part-time, temporary role supports the technology team under the Director of Technology, helping with hardware, software, and peripheral maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience with technology, device support, and web-based systems.
• Working knowledge of Google Chrome and common Microsoft/Apple devices.
• Customer service and support experience required.
• Preferred: at least 1 year in an educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for district systems and peripherals.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of computers, devices, printers, and SMART boards.
• Support district technology implementations under the Director of Technology.
