The Desktop Support contributes to the effective and efficient technology operations in the district. Provides troubleshooting and technical support for those using district systems. Provides diagnosis, support of software, equipment, and maintenance/repair of computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, projectors, sound fields, SMART Boards, phones and other peripherals. Assists with maintenance of district systems at the direction of the Director of Technology. Assists with district-level technology implementations. Supports the academic mission, district goals, and policies.
