Job summary

Cencora's Operations Intern program in Orlando offers a 10-week summer experience designed to develop future supply chain leaders. You will work closely with a mentor, gain exposure to various business areas within distribution centers, and present key learnings to the Leadership Team at program end.

Interns are expected to be onsite at the Orlando Distribution Center and participate in internship rotations with opportunities for hands-on project work, training activities, and development events.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management (other related majors considered).
• Graduate with bachelor's degree within one year of internship completion.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand and learn various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Affiliations with hourly team members and interaction with senior leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Help plan daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and manage a team to achieve goals.
• Work on projects and manage time without constant supervision.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and pre-shift activities.
• Be flexible to work across all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
