Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Operations Intern for a 10-week summer program at its Lockbourne, OH Distribution Center. You will work closely with a mentor, gain exposure to multiple business areas, and develop frontline leadership skills through rotations.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027 and requires onsite presence with flexibility across shifts, providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, or related fields.
• Graduating within 1 year of internship completion.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Build affiliation with hourly team members and interact with senior leaders.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Help plan department workloads to support business priorities.
