Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 2027–2028 graduation.
• Prior internship or work experience is required.
• Willingness to travel 80–90% and work weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Shadow client managers to observe labor standard development across Lean, Six Sigma, and ergonomics.
• Identify opportunities to improve methods, safety, and accuracy in processes.
• Support prioritization, implementation, and training of improved processes.
• Develop and test time study templates; analyze data and track tasks.
• Represent Accenture professionally in client relationships on-site.
