Accenture is seeking an engineering/operations professional to join our Supply Chain & Engineering practice in Houston. You will partner with client managers to observe processes, develop labor standards, and drive performance improvements across operations.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business, strong MS Office skills, and 1–3 years in consulting with LEAN Six Sigma experience. Willingness to travel 80–90% and work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Management or significant equivalent experience.
• Experience with LEAN Six Sigma process improvement principles and practices.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Observe and learn processes for labor standard development using Lean, Six Sigma, and ergonomics.
• Identify opportunities to improve methods, safety, or accuracy and remove waste.
• Partner with client to prioritize, implement, and train on improved processes.
• Document methods, define elements, and support time study templates and data analysis.
