Job summary

iA (Innovation Associates) is offering a 10-week Supply Chain Intern program in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination to support pharmacy automation operations.

The internship runs from June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with exposure to real projects and mentorship to build your professional network in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Review ERP demand signals to determine purchasing requirements.
• Support procurement with supplier research, RFPs, quotes, and PO tracking.
• Assist in coordinating day-to-day supply chain operations for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Demand Planning on part tracking and order fulfillment.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Assist in supplier evaluations and compliance tracking; maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
• Lead or participate in process improvement projects within Procurement.
