Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) invites students to join a 10-week summer internship in Atlanta as a Price Analytics Intern. The program runs May 24 – July 30, 2027 and emphasizes hands-on work with pricing, profitability, and category health analysis.

You will collaborate with pricing, merchandising, and finance teams, build reporting for leadership, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support profitable growth. The cohort experience includes leadership exposure and professional development.

Qualifications

• Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business analytics, Engineering, Accounting or other related field required.
• Strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new things
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze pricing performance, profitability, and category health.
• Develop and support price elasticity models and pricing analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Merchandising, and Finance to provide business insights and reporting.
• Create data-driven recommendations that support profitable growth and strategic decision‑making.
