Macy's is offering a nationwide, on-site Store Management Internship Program running June–August 2027. You will gain exposure to customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, store operations, and human resources while shadowing store leaders.

You'll develop leadership skills, coach colleagues, analyze trends, and propose ideas for growth in a fast-paced retail setting.
