Job summary

Principal Financial Group’s Workplace Benefits Sales Internship Program (Summer 2027) offers hands-on experience supporting the sales team, assisting with projects, and collaborating with interns across the organization. You’ll gain exposure to how we distribute and support our group insurance customers while building professional relationships.

As an intern, you’ll work across offices including Waltham, MA, Des Moines, IA, Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, Chicago, IL, and more, with a $4,000 stipend

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate or graduate level degree.
• Interest in a sales career and preference for previous internship or work experience.
• Willing to travel as part of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and assist with projects for Workplace Benefits.
• Collaborate with regional offices and other interns to impact territory sales.
