Job summary

Principal Financial Group's Workplace Benefits Sales Internship Program (Summer 2027) invites you to contribute to sales support and cross-functional projects across our organization. You will collaborate with regional offices and learn how we distribute and support our group insurance customers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or involvement within the community.
• Interest in a career in sales.
• Preference will be given to students who have experience with sales either through a previous internship, involvement, or work experience
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Travel will be required.

Responsibilities
