Job summary

ProCare Therapy offers a summer internship in Tempe, AZ, running May 24, 2027 to July 23, 2027. This hands-on recruiting-focused role places you with territory leaders to learn how to run a recruiting desk and contribute to real hiring needs.

You’ll gain practical sourcing, outreach, and screening experience, building relationships and managing a recruiting pipeline while receiving ongoing coaching and cohort training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with territory leaders to understand open positions and recruiting priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, outreach, and other recruiting tools.
• Contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities, qualifications, interests, and availability.
• Support candidate screening and coordinate the next steps with your assigned team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming openings.
• Keep candidate records and recruiting activity accurate and up to date.
• Work toward established activity and production goals with coaching from experienced recruiters and leaders.
• Participate in cohort training, team discussions, and feedback sessions.
